A full 100% refund or exchange will be issued within 30 days of shipping. We will issue a refund after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not worn and meet our criteria. Please allow up to 1 week once items have been delivered.
Refunds will go back to your original form of payment less the shipping return shipping fee. You will be notified by email once the return is issued. Exchanges will be processed immediately upon completed inspection.
If you need to submit a missing or damaged item claim it must be received within 5 business days of receiving your order. Only 1 missing item claim is allowed per invoice.
